Contax III c.1936-c.1942
Zeiss Ikon introduced the Contax in 1932, and photographers considered this 35 mm camera to have a high quality coupled rangefinder—rivaling the Leica. The Contax III had an uncoupled exposure meter and combined rangefinder and viewfinder windows.
